In our on-going efforts to sensitize Barbadians and visitors to the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre (LESC) and support local artists, our team at Barbados Conference Services Limited (BCSL), which manages the LESC, has launched an initiative “Meet Fantastic Art at LESC”, which will commence on Thursday, July 1 2010 and run until June 30 2011.

Learn how to use various grounds and surfaces with jacquard encaustic waxes, Piñata color, Jacquard Inkjet Fabrics, Lumiere and Pearl-ex. Discover how to correctly construct rich texture, eye popping opulence, subtle vignettes and obtain exquisite detail using mixed media.
